Age 84, of North Side, surrounded by his loving family, on Monday, December 31, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Rose Mary Weigand; loving father of Rose Anne and Philip Weigand and Pat Kelly; dear grandfather of Amelia (Jeremy) Uffman and Ann (Ryan) Brashear; dear great-grandfather of Brayden, Cameron and Juliette; he also leaves behind his best friend John Helch; and his beloved dog Cindy. Family and friends will be received 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. FRIDAY ONLY at the STEPHENS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1501 Lowrie Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212- Troy Hill, where a blessing service will be celebrated on SATURDAY at 11 a.m.  Phil will be remembered for his big heart and will be sadly missed.
